Kitchen Help

Today we marked the important milestone of Adrienne's first time helping in the kitchen. Jillian and I were set to bake some cookies (Chocolate Chip Oatmeal with Coconut...yum. I'll be blogging about those on the cooking blog!) and I was able to convince her that Adrienne was big enough to help. Jillian was very concerned that Adrienne would get more "jobs" in the process than she would, and did her best to police the process. This meant that Adrienne's only true contribution was dumping in the coconut, but it was clear that she enjoyed being involved and loved her perch on the counter. If nothing else, she looked cute wearing her apron!

I cannot explain Jillian's outfit. When we are home, all bets are off.
