Development never ceases to amaze me. I find it fascinating that at around the same age, most kids acquire skills that haven't ever really been overtly taught to them. Adrienne reminded me of that tonight when she just started clapping. No one else was clapping, but she decided it was high time she started during dinner tonight. I can't help but wonder if it was to express her joy over her first taste of puffs? Perhaps she was excited by the introduction of a food that was not of the liquid or pureed variety. Whatever the reason, it is cute to watch her practice this feat.
