Jillian had a cute end of year music program. The kids sang several (6, I think) songs and did a great job. Jillian looked serious the entire time. She was intent on getting the words right (what she told me) and says she is very nervous to make a mistake in front of a lot of people. The first-born perfectionism is really setting in...sigh.
All the kids lined up to sing--that's a lot of first graders!!

Jillian is in the front row in this picture--next to the girl with red hair and pink shirt.

They all put sunglasses on for the last number.

After the program, we stayed for cookies and then parents were encouraged to go look for their child's parent picture on the wall. It was a cute little hide and seek game because the kids' names were covered up by white paper, so the parents had to guess which drawing was theirs based on the clues.
Here are Matt and I, sporting our KC shirts!
